Without this mod: If your sim goes from home to a community lot at 10am, stays there for 5 hours and then returns home from the community lot, time will still be 10am when arriving at home and your sim will step off the taxi/car/...

With this mod: Your sim goes to the community lot at 10am, stays there for 5 hours and then returns home, time will still be 10am at home, but the sim that's away will not return home until 5 hours later and will be shown as away (like going to work)
