New Unmissable CC TS4: Autumnal Colonial (Base+CC, 3Bd/3Ba)

I saw this on ModtheSims and I thought this should be unmissable CC.

This is a very beautiful house for TS4. It's totally a house I would like my sim to live in. It's for base game only with some CC. I don't like houses with CC used, but for this one I make an exception.
