New Unmissable CC: In the Present

I saw this on ModtheSims and I thought this should be unmissable CC.

The moment I saw this house, I thought "I need to have this". It has it's price, but I like variety in my game and for my sims. I let them move a lot because I play with a long lifespan and moving to other houses keeps in interesting every time to redecorate and find the best way how to control the family.
