New Clothing: Formal Blue Suede Short Dress Boots

After creating the fancy dress Short Dress Shoes - Gold Lame, Formal Long Loose Gold Lame Dress and the Gold Lame Bikini, I thought about what else Elvis related clothing I could create. And then I thought about the song Blue Suede Shoes. I don't think just changing the shoes of an outfit would do. So I thought, why not creating a Blue Suede Dress for the Elvis Project 2017.
