New Idea: Friends - The One With the Jam - S3E03

In general the idea is to give you one episode per blogpost. In every blogpost I'll shortly describe what happens with the six main characters of Friends in that certain episode. SPOILER

General happenings season 3:
Season three takes on a significantly greater serialized format. Rachel begins working at Bloomingdale's, an upscale department store chain, and Ross becomes jealous of her colleague, Mark. Rachel decides to take a break; and Ross, hurt and drunk, sleeps with someone else, causing Rachel to break up with him. In the meantime, Chandler has a hard time dealing with their breakup because it reminds him of his parents' divorce. After believing she has no family except her twin sister Ursula (Lisa Kudrow), Phoebe becomes acquainted with her half-brother (Giovanni Ribisi) and birth mother (Teri Garr). Joey develops a relationship with his acting partner Kate (Dina Meyer), and Monica begins a relationship with millionaire Pete Becker (Jon Favreau) which ends because of disagreements between the two.

The One With the Jam - S3E03
Joey falls while jumping on the bed and dislocates his arm. Monica tries to stay busy to keep her mind off Richard. First, she makes a lot of jam, which Joey loves. Second, she begins screen sperm donors--and runs into Joey's file. Phoebe is followed by her sister's stalker (Malcolm)... then starts dating him. Chandler seeks advice on relationships from Rachel and Ross. Ross secretly tells him about the "hug and roll"--a maneuver designed to end the cuddling and give you some space. Chandler tries it out but ends up dumping Janice on the floor.

Joey: Joey jumps on the bed and dislocates his arm with falling.

Chandler: He asks Rachel and Ross for relationshipadvice. He tries out the hug and roll thing Ross tells him about, but Janice rolls on the floor.

Ross: He tells Chandler about the hug and roll trick, but Janice tells that to Rachel...

Rachel: She a bit mad at Ross for the hug and roll trick.

Monica: She makes a lot of jam. She's going to sell it. She has to be busy to get over Richard. The jam plan is too expensive so she wants a baby. She goes trough the sperm donors and it turns out Joey donated before. She leaves the idea after talking to Joey about he saw her future with her man.

Phoebe: Her sister's stalker thinks she is Ursula. She feels sorry for him and starts to date him (Malcolm). But she wants him to quit stalking. After it turned out that he can't quit, she blows off the relationship. Before he was a normal guy who sells beepers and cellphones.
