New idea: How to make an expensive house affordable

While playing I noticed that the value of a house worth eg $40,000 was worth only $30,000 or even less after a few days.
So what I do if my family can't afford a house: I first let another family live in the house for about a week. Then the house is worth a lot less so when the family moves out (I use a shrub by Inge Jones to let the furniture stay in) and then the poorer family who couldnt afford the house before can move in.
In real life houses are owned by different families too (and the furniture can sometimes stay too).
