New Unmissable CC: Social Welfare for unemployed sims

This is something I really don't want to miss now I know it's possible to have this realistic mod.
It's not in a normal thread on MTS I found this, but you can still download it.

It's a modded object that makes it possible to let your unemployed sim gain an income from Social Welfare. You can update it if you have kids or gain skills/badges to have more Social Welfare.
Good for Stay-At-Home-Parents. If you have some kids, skills and badges you can earn more than when having a job.
