New Idea: Friends - The One With The Tiny T-shirt - S3E19

In general the idea is to give you one episode per blogpost. In every blogpost I'll shortly describe what happens with the six main characters of Friends in that certain episode. SPOILER

General happenings season 3:
Season three takes on a significantly greater serialized format. Rachel begins working at Bloomingdale's, an upscale department store chain, and Ross becomes jealous of her colleague, Mark. Rachel decides to take a break; and Ross, hurt and drunk, sleeps with someone else, causing Rachel to break up with him. In the meantime, Chandler has a hard time dealing with their breakup because it reminds him of his parents' divorce. After believing she has no family except her twin sister Ursula (Lisa Kudrow), Phoebe becomes acquainted with her half-brother (Giovanni Ribisi) and birth mother (Teri Garr). Joey develops a relationship with his acting partner Kate (Dina Meyer), and Monica begins a relationship with millionaire Pete Becker (Jon Favreau) which ends because of disagreements between the two.

Monica continues to date Pete but is still not attracted to him; he thinks she might change her mind. Joey gets a lead part in a play, but can't stand the female lead... until he realizes he likes her. Mark asks Rachel out. Rachel asks Ross to come over, but just so she can return some of his stuff; Ross gets upset and demands all his stuff back, including a tiny t-shirt that Rachel likes to sleep in. Later, Ross finds out Rachel is going on a date with Mark and spies on them through Chandler's peep-hole. Phoebe ponders Spiderman.


Joey: He has got a part in a play. He plays next to Kate Miller. He hates Kate because she told everybody about the Milk Carton Commercial. But actually he's falling in love with her. He wants to ask her out but she's dating the director. He dates the understudy instead when Kate goes away, but he's just using her.

Chandler: He, Ross and Phoebe are in Monica's apartment when she comes home from her date with Pete. The key they got was for emergencies only: They were out of Doritos.

Ross: He sees Rachel and Mark leaving her apartment when they're going on a date. Chandler stops him from going to her apartment when the couple comes back. Ross has to realise their relationship is over.

Rachel: Gunther still has a crush on her. She meets Mark to go shopping and he asks her out since she's not with Ross anymore. She agrees. She talks to Phoebe about not going out with Mark and she says Rachel is still not over Ross.
Rachel tells Mark she cannot go on with the date because she just wants to get back at Ross.

Monica: She thinks Pete is the perfect guy, but she's not atracted to him at all. She spends a lot of time with him and he asks her where they are. She's still not atracted to him.

Phoebe: Nothing much happens to her.
