Something I don't like happening (but who does) is a visit from the burglar. Especially because I forget to by a burglar alarm most of the time. The burglary as such is not so much annoying as the memory the sim has. But it's too realistic in my eyes to find a mod to not have the memory.
What will satisfy to get over a visit of a burglar is to get even with him. And to do so the sim can e.g. cast a spell at him.
The burglar is a service sim so you need to go to the science or cuisin hobby lot. Maybe he appears at other community lots too, but you can only cast a spell on him when he's not "working".
