New Essential Lot: The Royal Palace of Belgium in Brussels

Normally I wouldn't say about a residential or other lot that it's essential, but when I was looking for new creations for Theme - Belgium this week, I felt this is really it. The thing I needed to publish today. 'Cause today it's the National Holiday of Belgium.
