New How To: Removing Custom Plates

The difference between a How To and a Tutorial is that I wrote a tutorial myself. How To can be a very short explanation on how to do something small, but it can also be a tutorial written by someone else.

I found this how to remove custom plates from downloadable food without needing to change much. You don't even need basics of SimPE, I think.
