New Essential CC: Community Lot Time

This is really Essential CC for me. Ever hated it that when a sim goes to a communiçty lot eg at 8pm and stays away till 3am that when he returns at home it's still 8pm so he will live those 7 hours twice. And when he needs to go to work in between he's dead tired too.
With this mod, when returning home the sim will be "off-world" from 8pm till 3am so the other sims can actually be in the house eg without the parents ;)
