New Idea: Ever-Dull Trait

I know traits are not possible in TS2 as they are in TS4, but with some workarounds everything is possible in these games. So this is a new trait for your sims.

In The Sims 4

1. Sims will be Sad by default instead of Fine.
2. All Happy Moodlets will have absolutely no effect on these Sims.

In The Sims 2
You need insiminator (or sth like that) for this to work

1. With the insiminator you can keep your sims aspiration points and moods in red or neautral permanently. So you sims will be Sad by default.
2. You can let their fears come true more than their wants.
1. If you made the aspiration mood permanently fears and wants fulfilling won't have any effect.
