The idea comes from a program on Flanders television. There are 4 experts on buying and selling expensive rare stuff for a lot of money. Then there is a seller who shows a rare item from his/her collection that he/she wants to sell. The 4 experts get a bit of info about the object from the seller and have some alone (the 4 together) with it to give some remarks to one another. Then the seller decides which expert to see first depending on the interest the experts showed. The seller goes to each expert individually and they discuss a price. If the seller rejects an offer he/she goes to the next room, but if the offer of the next expert is less, the seller can't go back to the previous expert so they need to think carefully. In the end they all come together again to tell if there was a deal, with whom and what the deal was. Also if an expert was not able to do an offer he/she can tell what the offer would have been.
I think this can be played (or give ideas to play) in The Sims 2 or another game. There are many ways to sell items from one sim to another like with a wallet, changing familyfunds,...
