CATERER INSTEAD OF RESTAURANT

It's commonly known that it's not easy to open a restaurant in the game. So what I do is opening a caterer and sell the dishes like in a bakery instead of opening a restaurant. There can be seats too, but the sim had to buy the dishes and not order them from a menu. They can also take the dish at home and eat it there like a take away.
