New Old Global Mod: Sims Work Every Day

This mod hasn't been updated. It still works and I always use it in my game (together with PTO3 careers so my sims have paid time off instead of days not to work decided by the career). I post this again because now the Global Mod has been uploaded to SimFileShare. Please, download it there. I wanted a mod that goes with all my careers at once. So this is a global mod that effects all Maxis and custom (adult) careers. When you go to the jobs panel you can see which days your sim has to go to work and when they have a day off. But when they have a day off by default, it's an unpaid day off. The way I play the game is with the career version I made PTO3. Then it takes only 3 workdays before the sim has a day Paid Time Off. With this mod the sim goes to work every day even if the flag is not set to work that day. So my sim has to go to work for six days in a row for starters, but then can have at least every weekend off and being paid. I just don't want my sim to have unpaid time off.                As you can see in the screenshot: It's Saturday. Normally Rhonda doesn't have to work (unpaid time off), but the carpool will arrive. Rhonda can still call in sick or take a Paid Time Off (if available). I tested this thoroughly (+50 simsdays in +5 households) with a lot of downloads (+12,000) and there are no conflicts. Download @ SFS

It will most likely conflict with any mod that changes the BHAV "Function - Does Sim Work Today?" 'cause that's the only BHAV found in this mod. This mod is made by borrowing the code made by whoward69's mod Duvet Days. It most likely will conflict with that mod. New Terrain: Mississippi - USA Project

This terrain is based on the state Mississippi - USA. I can't make the terrain and neighbourhood exactly how it is as TS2 doesn't allow diagonal roads and is limited in space that can be used, but I try to make it look like the state as much as possible. You don't need anything to use this neighbourhood. But don't put it in your downloadfolder. You should put the .sc4 file and pictures in the folder EA Games/ The Sims 2/ SC4Terrains Download @ SFS

New Career: Modern Monarchy

If you have University You will notice this career might be linked to some majors (look at the overview to see if and which ones) and that your sim might need a degree or not (not necessarly a degree in a major that the career is linked to. Any major would do). If you don't have University, this career works as a normal career. Also if you look with the Job Board or with another object mod for this career, the degree does not matter. New Idea: Violent Trait

In The Sims 2 You need insiminator (or something like that) for this to work They kick the trash can more often They argue a lot more They try to pick a fight faster When getting really angry they might kill someone.

New Teen Career: TSO Sport - The School Project

This is not so much a teen career. It's a new school system. You can compare it to the 7 years of Hogwarts I made as 7 teen careers. But now the teens don't attend Hogwarts. They attend the Belgian School System. I explain everything about this School system in this post: https://s2idownloads.blogspot.com/2018/01/new-idea-school-project.html Keep in mind - Teens need to change to the "Vacation" school type found here: http://s2idownloads.blogspot.be/2013/12/new-school-boarding-school-vacation.html - Though teens don't go to regular school and don't make homework, they need to work very hard on their skills. - If you use another school type (like my school in shifts), teens can still go to school. - This is very interesting if you want your sims to go to college, but even when they don't go to college it's good to follow this school system to have some skills already when they start a career. - There's an upgrade for every career suiting the field of study the sim chose. E.g.: Field of study Economics-Math has the upgrade Economy - These careers will all have PTO3 so teens have enough time to work on their skills. - This career asks really a lot of skills from your teen sims. It's best to already have some skill points that are needed for this career.

A day off "Because it's Sunday. It's God's day"

Lately there are some things going on in real life. Therefor in my blogplanning I wanted to take a day off on the Sundays that aren't planned yet. Like today. There will be a new blogpost tomorrow, but I think it's time to let you all know I want to slow it down a little.

New Videotutorial: Personality Adjustor

The InSimenator is a cheat object that is largely built around the testingcheatsenabled cheat, such as the ability to make Sims selectable and unselectable, making them pregnant with anyone in the neighborhood, seeing their gender preference, summoning them, killing them, setting relationships, etc. The cheat appears as an object, and is basically a way to access many of the functions of testingcheatsenabled without having to use cheat codes.

The InSimenator can be used to resurrect a dead Sim without having University, FreeTime, or Apartment Life installed. It can be used to age a child townie into a teen without having FreeTime installed. It can also be used to set relationships, summon Sims to a lot, promote and delete, make a Sim richer or poorer, etc.  The InSimenator has many separate objects known as "sectionals", most of which have options that are not available on the full InSimenator machine. The InSimenator machine and "sectionals" appear in the Electronics -> All menu in Buy Mode; they are not in any sub-category. The "sectionals" are free, though the full InSimenator machine costs §1.

New Idea: TBBT - The Hamburger Postulate - S1E05

After being a (crazy) Friends-fan for nearly 2 decades I started to like The Big Bang Theory too (maybe because the end of the series has been announced). Anyway I want to do for The Big Bang Theory what I did for Friends. I don't know the episodes of The Big Bang Theory (TBBT) as by heart as I know Friends-episodes, but I am planning to also create careers, food,... from the show as I am doing/ did for Friends. In general the idea is to give you one episode per blogpost. In every blogpost I'll shortly describe what happens with the main characters of The Big Bang Theory in that certain episode. SPOILER You can then play this in the game as you wish. General happenings season 1: The lives of physicists Dr. Leonard Hofstadter and Dr. Sheldon Cooper are shaken up when an attractive young aspiring actress from Omaha, Nebraska named Penny moves into the apartment across the hall from theirs. Leonard begins to become hopelessly enamored of Penny, while she feels only platonic affection for him; as a result, she finds herself putting up with his closest and ever-present friends: his roommate, Sheldon, who appears borderline obsessive-compulsive; engineering whiz Howard Wolowitz, a desperately sex-crazed mama's boy who thinks that his 1960s-style clothing and hairstyle give him an air of cool hipness; and Dr. Rajesh "Raj" Koothrappali, who will not speak to her as he is too shy to talk to women (a case of selective mutism), unless intoxicated in which case he becomes a smooth talking yet highly overly aggressive womanizing flirt. During Season One, Sheldon loses his job for insulting his new boss, finds his ego bruised by a child prodigy, becomes unable to bear being part of a lie that Leonard has told, and is always attacking the world with a relentless need to assert his supremacy. Rajesh first learns that he can talk to women, but only when he is drunk, and Penny and Leonard finally go out in the season finale. The Hamburger Postulate - S1E05 The guys, eating at the Cheesecake Factory where Penny works, are approached by Leslie Winkle. She wants Leonard to play cello in her string quartet as the other players are uncomfortable near the current cellist who was possibly irradiated at work. After the quartet practise in Leonard and Sheldon's apartment, Leslie seduces Leonard for the night, making Sheldon so uneasy that he repeatedly asks Penny's advice. Penny later congratulates Leonard, who tries to figure out what she meant. Leonard decides to pursue a real relationship with Leslie rather than an imaginary one with Penny, but at her lab, Leslie makes it clear she is not interested in a relationship: she just needed him for a one-night stand to satisfy her sex drive - which is now satisfied until New Year. Leonard later tells Penny, who reassures him and walks away smiling. Sheldon The guys are eating at the Cheesecakefactory where Penny works, but Sheldon doesn't like it as he doesn't like change. He wants to go to the Big Boy where they usually eat at Tuesdaynights. He gets really upset when he sees Leslie touched his board after spending the night with Leonard. Especially because she fixed his equations. At the end Sheldon wants to replace the Big Boy hamburger with the one of the Cheesecakefactory to be his new Tuesday hamburger. He wants to move the Big Boy to Thursday and skip the Soupplantation because you can't grow soup. Leonard Leslie meets the guys at the Cheesecakefactory where she meets Penny and then she asks Leonard to be a cellist in her quartet because Elliot Wong had a radioactive accident. When the practise is over Leslie stays and asks for a sexual relationship. Leonard wants to persue a real relationship, but after a one-night stand Leslie is good till New Years. Penny She asks what's the deal between Leslie and Leonard because she thinks they would make a cute couple. Leonard puts that in his head thinking what she could mean. Sheldon asks Penny for help. He doesn't know how to react on his roommate being with a girl. She doesn't say it litterally, but she is sad that Leonard has a girlfriend. When Leonard explains what Leslie said, she looks quite happy. Howard Nothing much happens to him. Rajesh Nothing much happens to him.
