If you have University You will notice this career might be linked to some majors (look at the overview to see if and which ones) and that your sim might need a degree or not (not necessarly a degree in a major that the career is linked to. Any major would do). If you don't have University, this career works as a normal career. Also if you look with the Job Board or with another object mod for this career, the degree does not matter. New Storyline: The Burb's Year 1

It's not that I have much time to play because of my job, household (short: RL), but posting about the life of my simsfamilies on my blog is a motivation to create time for it as I want to have a blogpost a day. I'm still playing the Genderswapped Uberhood by sushigal007 at Modthesims. The storylines of the families is still the same as the regular storylines so I'm not going to put that on my blog, but I'll tell their future storylines I have in mind. It appears I play a slightly different storyline because of the genderswap. I also have put up a realistic economical and aging system which requires some Essential Mods which can be found here: http://s2idownloads.blogspot.be/p/the-essentials.html The essentials still need to be updated once in a while. As I go on playing I notice more and more essentials and there are still many TS2 creators who create new (essential to me) mods. Previously on The Burb's: https://s2idownloads.blogspot.com/2018/05/new-overview-creations-storylines.html The Burb's Year 1 The burb's are very happy in their apartment. They're really close. And it's good with them three, but Joan really wants another baby. So...

It's not much of a pregnant belly yet. Joan tries to wear her regular clothes for as long as she can, but if you look closely you can see her belly already growing. Though Joan is already pregnant she starts a job in the Culinary career (PTO3) as a Dishwasher (lvl 1). She's going to try to go to work as long as she can while pregnant. Even though the carpool won't come for her anymore. Jeremy has one chance card after another and without having to work on his skills he gets one promotion after the other. This means they can really save some money fast to buy the house next to the apartmentblock (so they can still see the oldies). It will need to be big enough for two kids. And only a few months later her belly is getting really big. Though Lucian is excited about the baby coming and he being a big brother and all, he can't help but wonder whether his parents will still give him the attention he needs as a kid. Joan knows his concerns and comforts him. While Lucian understands he has to help in the household as being the big brother he really does his best. He tries cooking, but cupcake after cupcake is burnt. Luckily he can also help doing the dishes and they are all enjoying their last meals being a family of three. They have already a child, but Joan and Jeremy are really enjoying the time before the baby comes. A child needs attention, but not as much as the care of a newborn baby. So they will remember their last quiet and loving moments in the kitchen, because a little while later... Jeremy is changing diapers again. Thanks to all of Jeremy's promotions and Joan starting a job (though she was already a few months pregnant) the Burb's where able to save some money enough to buy the house next door. The house is really an improvement compared to their small apartment, but though Joan really thought she loved the house, once moved in she had some second thoughts when she was arranging the furniture. And miscalculated the number of bedrooms upstairs. They thought a moment they could turn the attic into a third bedroom, but the roof is way too low. They decide to live their for at least a little while. Maybe they'll get used to it living there, but that's only something time can say. So...: Will the house be still big enough once Lucian becomes a teen and will probably want a room of his own instead of having to share it with his baby brother? Will chance cards still always turn right for both Jeremy and Joan? Or will one of them lose their job? And with the baby crying so much let's hope Lucian's grade will stay A+.

I can't find any clock in game that I really like. So I decided to make some of my own. These are 8 recolors of the Free Time Llama Sports clock. No new object. Just recolors of the Maxis one.

New Idea: Friends - The One With Rachel's Crush - S4E13

In general the idea is to give you one episode per blogpost. In every blogpost I'll shortly describe what happens with the six main characters of Friends in that certain episode. SPOILER You can then play this in the game as you wish. Joey dates Kathy (Paget Brewster), a girl that Chandler has a crush on. Kathy and Chandler later kiss, which causes drama between Chandler and Joey. Joey forgives Chandler only after he spends a day in a box as punishment. Phoebe becomes a surrogate mother for her brother and his wife Alice (Debra Jo Rupp). Monica and Rachel are forced to switch apartments with Joey and Chandler after losing a bet during a quiz game, but manage to switch back by bribing them with Knicks season tickets and a one-minute kiss (off-screen) between the girls. Ross begins dating an English woman named Emily (Helen Baxendale), and the season finale features their wedding in London. Chandler and Monica sleep together, and Rachel decides to attend Ross and Emily's wedding. While saying his vows, Ross uses the wrong name at the altar (Rachel's), to the shock of his bride and the guests. The One With Rachel's Crush - S4E13 When Chandler finds out Kathy's new play involves a steamy scene with her co-star, he's worried where it might lead; Joey tells him not to worry--as long as there's chemistry on-stage, there isn't anything happening off-stage; This helps... until Chandler sees the play again later and finds the performance isn't as good; Chandler accuses Kathy of sleeping with her leading man; they fight and part on unfavorable terms; by the time Chandler goes to apologize and make up, it's too late. Monica tells Joey that the guys have to be the hosts since they have the big apartment; when they comply, she tries to win everyone over to her place by doing lots of cooking and re-decorating. Rachel's department at work is eliminated, so she gets demoted to Personal Shopper; she plans to quit until a handsome, well-to-do young man needs her services; she wants to ask him on a date, but doesn't know how... she's never had to ask anyone out before. Rachel Bloomingdales shut down her department so she's now a personal shopping assistent. She wants to quit when Joshua Burgen walks in. He needs new clothes because his ex-wife burned them. She immediatly has a crush on him, but she's scared to ask him out. At the end of the shopping she tells him she has two tickets for a Knicks game to thank him, but now Joshua thinks he gets both tickets so they don't go to the Knicks. So she has the date, she's just not on it. But then it appeared that Joshua forgot his wallet and her boss, Mr Waltham, asks her to call him. Monica Now that the girls and guys traded apartments she is no longer the hostess. Joey bakes pancakes and everybody hangs out there. She tries to convince her friends with cookies to go over her place, but she fails. Then she starts to clean up the place to make it look 10 times better than the big apartment. She's tired, but she's always the hostess. Phoebe Nothing much happens to her. Joey Nothing much happens to him. Chandler His girlfriend Kathy is in a play where she has to make love with a really handsome man. Joey reassures him if there's a lot of heat on stage they're not doing it off stage. So at first Chandler is reassured, but then he watches the play again and there was no heat. He confronts Kathy and she gets mad at him. She wasn't sleeping with the other actor before he confronted her, but she is now. Ross He acts a bit jealous about Joshua. He's not ready to move on from Rachel yet.

New Hood: Europe - Iberia

This terrain is based on Iberia in Europe (Spain and Portugal together). I can't make the terrain and neighbourhood exactly how it is as TS2 doesn't allow diagonal roads and is limited in space that can be used, but it's definitely clear that it's based on the real country. You don't need anything to use this neighbourhood. But don't put it in your downloadfolder. You should put it in the folder EA Games/ The Sims 2/ SC4Terrains Download @ SFS
