New mod: Vampire decay by night

By request from ikhouvanjou, I modified the mod made by Monique: http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=96211
I couldn't find Monique's policy, but linolino also made an alternative version like this one (http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=256913). The moment that I'm told to take this mod down, I will.

What it does
By default none of the motives of a vampire decreases by night.
With this mod only the motives fun, social, energy and hunger will decrease by night.

Testing: Does it work?
This was tested by the requester ikhouvanjou.
It was tested with all EP's and SP's installed (complete collection).
It also works with only Nightlife installed.
It works with all kind of vampire-hybrids.
