New Essential Mods: Kids and pets unattended

There's only one flaw about the pre-school mod I mentioned earlies as an essential mod: https://s2idownloads.blogspot.com/2018/02/new-essential-mods-pre-school.html
When all the toddlers are away to pre-school and the teen, adult or elder wants to go to a community lot, there's still the message they can't leave the little ones unattended.
This mod solves that one flaw.
