New Idea: Friends - The One With The Embryos - S4E12

In general the idea is to give you one episode per blogpost. In every blogpost I'll shortly describe what happens with the six main characters of Friends in that certain episode. SPOILER You can then play this in the game as you wish. The blogpost about the personality, family tree,... of the six main characters in general is found here: http://bit.ly/FriendsGeneralMain General happenings season 4: In the fourth-season premiere, Ross and Rachel briefly reconcile after Ross pretends to read a long letter that Rachel wrote for him, but continues to insist that the two were on a break so they break up again. Joey dates Kathy (Paget Brewster), a girl that Chandler has a crush on. Kathy and Chandler later kiss, which causes drama between Chandler and Joey. Joey forgives Chandler only after he spends a day in a box as punishment. Phoebe becomes a surrogate mother for her brother and his wife Alice (Debra Jo Rupp). Monica and Rachel are forced to switch apartments with Joey and Chandler after losing a bet during a quiz game, but manage to switch back by bribing them with Knicks season tickets and a one-minute kiss (off-screen) between the girls. Ross begins dating an English woman named Emily (Helen Baxendale), and the season finale features their wedding in London. Chandler and Monica sleep together, and Rachel decides to attend Ross and Emily's wedding. While saying his vows, Ross uses the wrong name at the altar (Rachel's), to the shock of his bride and the guests. The One With The Embryos - S4E12 The guys' chicken is becoming a rooster. Phoebe undergoes the procedure to implant embryos in her uterus; the pressure is high as Frank Jr. and Alice can only afford the procedure once. Monica and Rachel bet that they know Chandler and Joey better than Chandler and Joey know them; Ross writes the questions (game show style) and eventually the stakes are raised: If the girls win, the chick and the duck have to go. If the guys win, they get the girls' apartment. Rachel She's really mad at the guys for the chick becoming a rooster... She went shopping and 8 in the mourning because she was up at six thanks to the rooster. The guys start guessing what's in the shopping bag because Monica and Chandler had a discussion about today is her laundry day and that means she's wearing her old lady's underpants. The guys win the bet for $10, but Monica wants a rematch. Rachel agrees and wants a rematch with real personal questions. Quiz: Rachel says this is her favourite movie - Dangerous Liaisons Her actual favourite movie is - Weekend At Bernie's The girls lose the apartment in the lightning round over the question: What is Chandler Bing's job? Monica She is very competitive and she accepts the challenge of the guys. They're having a quiz with Ross as quizmaster to decide who knows whom better the boys against the girls. They're betting first for a few 100 dollars but then they bet the girlsapartment and the birds. Quiz: Monica's nickname as a field hockey goalie - Big fat goalie She divides her towels in 11 categories. Biggest pet peeve: Animals dressed as humans Ross: "Monica and I had a grandmother who died, name that grandmother." - Althea Phoebe She's going to the doctor to see whether her uterus is ready for the embryos to be planted in. At the end everyone is fighting over the bet (the girls lose) when she walks in saying she's pregnant. Joey He and Chandler are doing the quiz. They defeat the girls in the lightning round. Quiz: Favourite food - Sandwiches He had an imaginary childhood friend, his name was - Maurice, his profession was - Space cowboy Chandler The guys start guessing what's in the shopping bag because Monica and Chandler had a discussion about today is her laundry day and that means she's wearing her old lady's underpants. The guys win the bet for $10, but Monica wants a rematch. Rachel agrees and wants a rematch with real personal questions. Quiz: Which phenomenom scares the bejesus out of him - Michael Flatley, Lord of The Dance Every week the TV Guide comes to Chandler and Joey's apartment. What name appears on the address label - Miss Chanandler Bong What is the name of Chandler's father's Las Vegas all-male burlesque - Viva Las gaygas Ross He is the quizmaster for both the shopping bag and the real personal questions.

New Idea: The Odd Couple - The Unger Games - S1E8

This idea is based on my idea to analyse every Friends episode.
In general the idea is to give you one episode per blogpost. In every blogpost I'll shortly describe what happens with the main characters of The Odd Couple in that certain episode. SPOILER
You can then play this in the game as you wish.
I don't know The Odd Couple as much by heart as Friends so I haven't written a main blogpost about it (yet).

General happenings season 1:
Sloven Oscar Madison (Matthew Perry) and the organised Felix Unger (Thomas Lennon), two friends from college, become roommates again after their wives leave them. Not long after they move in together, Oscar realises his mistake. Oscars assistent Dani and his lifelong agent Teddy have their hands full to keep Oscar on track while he's working as a sport radiohost, while worrying about his new living situation. Fortunately, there is the idiosyncratic neighbor Emily, who helps Felix to get used to his life as a single man and to keep his hosophobia (fear of dirt and germs) in control. Despite the fact that they sometimes make eachother crazy, they agree that after their divorce they can make something beautiful out of this absurd situation.

The Unger Games - S1E8
During a softball game, Oscar gets jealouse of Felix's athletic prowess and sets out to prove he is just as good.

Oscar: The softball team has one man short because Murph is injured. Felix wants a chance to play. He hates to lose from Felix.
He asks out Amy from the softball team as it was the last match, but after the decathlon he goes through his back and the date is off when she sees Murph carrying Oscar like a baby to his bedroom.

Felix: It appears Felix is really good at softball. Everyone is cheering for him. It was the last match so he wants to play basketball. They are going to settle their dispute with a decathlon at dawn (no wait at a reasonable hour). Teddy convinces him to let Oscar win.
Felix is a freelancephotographer and a Virgo.

Emily: She sold a bracelet over the internet.

Murph: It looks like he's flirting with Emily because he bought 7 pair of earrings from her. But it appears it was not for flirting with Emily. He gave a pair of earrings to every girl he sleeps with.
He flirts with litterly EVERY woman.
He's really fit.

New TS2 EP Get To Work: Model

I have tried TS4 when Get To Work came out because I really like the concept and the idea. And I like that part of TS4, but TS2 is still the game I want to play. So I decided to find some mods that I can use so the concept and idea can be implemented in The Sims 2.

MODEL

What you need

New Videotutorial: Insiminator Budget Adjustor

The InSimenator is a cheat object that is largely built around the testingcheatsenabled cheat, such as the ability to make Sims selectable and unselectable, making them pregnant with anyone in the neighborhood, seeing their gender preference, summoning them, killing them, setting relationships, etc. The cheat appears as an object, and is basically a way to access many of the functions of testingcheatsenabled without having to use cheat codes.

The InSimenator can be used to resurrect a dead Sim without having University, FreeTime, or Apartment Life installed. It can be used to age a child townie into a teen without having FreeTime installed. It can also be used to set relationships, summon Sims to a lot, promote and delete, make a Sim richer or poorer, etc.  The InSimenator has many separate objects known as "sectionals", most of which have options that are not available on the full InSimenator machine. The InSimenator machine and "sectionals" appear in the Electronics -> All menu in Buy Mode; they are not in any sub-category. The "sectionals" are free, though the full InSimenator machine costs §1.

New Idea: I Give It A Year

IMPORTANT SPOILER ALERT This is a new idea to play in The Sims 2 (or other games) based on the movie I Give It A Year.

I GIVE IT A YEAR A couple knows eachother for just a few months when they're getting married because they are so in  love. Not far after the wedding they go to couples counseling (with Free Time a sim can study about that and help the couple) because they feel they got married too soon. They get to know eachother better in the next few months and start growing apart. The guy starts to have feelings for an old lover who went abroad for 4 years and officially their relationship never ended. The girl starts to get feelings for a business partner who really tries to seduce her not knowing she's married. In the end the couple divorces and get together with their other love.

Ross gets Joey a job as a Tour Guide at the museum; Joey is hurt when Ross won't sit next to him at lunch (the white coats don't sit with the blue blazers); this prompts Ross to stand up and make some changes in the cafeteria, but it works a little too well. Chandler is nervous about being intimate with Kathy since she used to be Joey's girlfriend; feeling his performance is only adequate, he asks advice from Monica and Rachel; Kathy is very grateful. Rachel Nothing much happens to her. She's there with Monica when she explains everything to Chandler. Monica She still has trouble at work. Everybody still hates her. Phoebe Her (half)brother Frank Jr and Alice got married but they aren't able to conceive so they ask Phoebe to be the surrogate mother as a wedding gift. She goes to her birth mom who is busy with pottery. Phoebe Sr wants to convince Phoebe not to do it because it's too hard to give up a baby. So she gives a puppy to Phoebe for 3 days. She gives the puppy to Frank Jr and Alice and it made them so happy she decided to carry their baby. Joey Thanks to Ross he got a job as a tour guide at the natural history museum. During lunch he wants to sit with Ross, but there's a division between the scientists and the tour guids (and the gift shop lady). Chandler He and Kathy are right there in their relationship. They haven't had sex yet because he's afraid of it because her last boyfriend was Joey. Ross, Rachel and Monica convince him to sleep with her because they are in love it will be great. Then it appears it wasn't the best. Chandler talks to Monica and she explains all the 7 erogenous to him. Later Kathy runs in to thank Monica. Ross He feels really bad not being able to sit with Joey during lunch and he decides to sit with him anyway to undo the division of white coats and blue blazers.

The One With The Girl From Poughkeepsie - S4E10 Joey sets a personal record for sticking Oreos in his mouth--15. Ross dates a girl from Poughkeepsie but is concerned about the distance involved in seeing her. Rachel wants a relationship--or at least a fling--so Chandler offers to set her up with someone; when his coworkers find out it's Rachel and that she's not looking for a serious relationship, they all bribe Chandler to set them up. Monica gets no respect at work; she hires Joey in order to fire him, so everyone will know who's boss; but Joey likes the tips, so he has a hard time going along with the plan. Phoebe works (and works and works) on a Christmas song for her friends. Ross takes a train to Poughkeepsie to break up, but falls asleep and ends up in Montreal... with a girl from Nova Scotia. Rachel She hates being alone at Christmas time. She wants somebody. (Gunther is standing behind her happy). She wants a man (Gunther sadly goes away). It might just be a fling. Chandler offers helping her find somebody from his work, Patrick. She thinks it might get serious because they had a great time. But he told the guys she just wants a fling. And you don't tell a guy that. Monica She has a hard time at work. So Joey helps her out by being a waiter a while in the restaurant so she can fire him. At the end Joey lets him being fired and it helps her a bit. Phoebe She convinces Ross to end the dating both girls. She had a similar problem when she was living in Prague. She's also busy writing a Christmassong for her friends. Joey He helps Monica out by starting working in the restaurant so she can fire him to show the others who's the boss. But he likes getting so many tips (327+238) so he wants to stay a while until he sees how they terrify Monica. Chandler He feels bad he told Patrick Rachel just wanted a fling so he tells him she's looking for something serious, but then Patrick breaks up with her. He tries to comfort her by asking her to a Rangers game (hockey).. Ross He met a really great girl at the train. They went to a museum together and it's really hitting of, but she lives in Poughkeepsie. 2,5 hours away from Manhattan. He then also dates a girl from right uptown, but she's not fun at all.

New Idea: Mixer Trait

I know traits are not possible in TS2 as they are in TS4, but with some workarounds everything is possible in these games. So this is a new trait for your sims.

In The Sims 4

1. Sims will become Energized after a relationship boost.
2. Sims’ Social need will decay a lot faster than usual.
3. Sims will have the same Moodlet changes as those with the Outgoing trait.

In The Sims 2
You need insiminator (or sth like that) for this to work

1. You can give your sims more energy with the motive adjustor of the insiminator.
2. You can change the social needs of your sim with the insiminator
3. I think the Pleasure Aspiration is very suitables for a sim with the Mixer trait

New Storyline: The Broke's Year 1 - N021 Genderswapped

Edit 20200723: First Belle was played as a child born in 94, but to let her have more chance to have a relationship with Marcus Burb, her age was changed to toddler born in 97.

I'm still playing the Genderswapped Uberhood by sushigal007 at Modthesims. The storylines of the families is still the same as the regular storylines so I'm not going to put that on my blog, but I'll tell their future storylines I have in mind. It appears I play a slightly different storyline because of the genderswap.
I also have put up a realistic economical and aging system which requires some Essential Mods which can be found here: http://s2idownloads.blogspot.be/p/the-essentials.html
The essentials still need to be updated once in a while. As I go on playing I notice more and more essentials and there are still many TS2 creators who create new (essential to me) mods.

The Broke's Year 1
The most important event of 2001 (=Year 1) for the Broke's is of course the birth of baby Ben. His eldest sister Dusty will take care of him as his other sister, Belle, is too young and his father has to focus on his career to bring in some money.

At the same time Brandon started a relationship with Darrell. He thinks she would take great care of his children as he can be a new father to Diara.

Everything goes great between Dusty and Angel Pleasant. As between Brandon and Darrell Dreamer. They have been talking about moving in together in one big house so the 4 teens (Dusty, Angel, Lucifer and Diara) live together too in preperation of them living together in college, but it's the question if that's a good idea as the boys have to patch up between eachother and their parents.

Belle is doing great in school as a child. Pre-school was worth its money. Hopefully she thinks of moving in with a whole new family as a great idea. After all she won't be the center of attention as much as she is now. But baby Ben will be happy with such a big family. He's the only one not ever known the love of a mother. With Darrell, Dusty, Belle and Ben can have a mother again and Diara can have a father.

So will they all move in together with Angel and Lucifer as well or will the teens live apart already like they will in college or will the boys decide to stay at home until college to patch things further with their family first?
Will Belle and Ben grow up happily in this new family situation or is Brandon making the wrong choice moving on in a new relationship quite soon after his wife died?
And is Darrell actually ready to move on after her husband died?

The InSimenator is a cheat object that is largely built around the testingcheatsenabled cheat, such as the ability to make Sims selectable and unselectable, making them pregnant with anyone in the neighborhood, seeing their gender preference, summoning them, killing them, setting relationships, etc. The cheat appears as an object, and is basically a way to access many of the functions of testingcheatsenabled without having to use cheat codes.

The InSimenator can be used to resurrect a dead Sim without having University, FreeTime, or Apartment Life installed. It can be used to age a child townie into a teen without having FreeTime installed. It can also be used to set relationships, summon Sims to a lot, promote and delete, make a Sim richer or poorer, etc.  The InSimenator has many separate objects known as "sectionals", most of which have options that are not available on the full InSimenator machine. The InSimenator machine and "sectionals" appear in the Electronics -> All menu in Buy Mode; they are not in any sub-category. The "sectionals" are free, though the full InSimenator machine costs §1.
