New Idea: W817 - S3E05

In general the idea is to give you one episode per blogpost. In every blogpost I'll shortly describe what happens with the main characters of W817 ((W"eight" = Wait) Dutch: Wait A Second) in that certain episode. It's a Flemish show that can be best compared with Friends. I call it "The Flemish Friends". I do this because it's mainly about a group of students in college and so with these episode ideas we have something new to play for our sims in college. Or you can play this in the game as you wish. I know W817 maybe even better by heart than Friends (that's saying something). Also like Friends this series was made at the end of the ninties, begin nillies so this is actually very suitable for The Sims 2 as there were no smartphones or internet like we know now. There are no seperate seasons and episodes don't have a title. There are 131 episodes and I will number them accordingly. He picks her up in the store and gives her a huge lecture. He wants everyone to give back the stolen gifts they got. Bridget There's a new big customer for A.K.A. She's really happy because that means kaching. She doesn't even matter that Akke wants to quit A.K.A. because she thinks she'll get a lot of money if Akke sells the company. She couldn't be more down when she hears her shares aren't worth anything and with Akke putting A.K.A. as an open source on the Internet she has no money at all. Tom Nothing much happens to him. Zoe She believes in day creme. She convinces Ellen to let her have a face creme, but Ellen appears allergic to the mask of clay. Akke He's really tired of A.K.A. and sells it without Bridget's consent. He puts it out as open source meaning she has no money at all. Jasmin She gets caught shoplifting. She calls Steve pretending he's her father to not have to deal with her actual father. Carlo He's not in this episode. New Tool: The Jobinterview

This is a new tool in the series How I Play. I've been thinking about this idea for a long time and it took quite some time to figure out how to best build this tool. I first started with PowerPoint, but it was quite tedious to link the correct answers to the correct slide with the right amount earned points. It got too complicated to do all 10 categories that way. So I decided to use something else than PowerPoint and I built a webpage in html for every category. This gives the benefit of being able to easily add new categories, add new questions, make changes if needed...   Here are the 10 categories of The Jobinterview How to use this tool As this was made as a webpage I could easily add this tool to my Google site: https://sites.google.com/view/sims2idealetsplay You can find it under: Tools - Job Interview You can also download it on SimFileShare under TS2 Careers: http://simfileshare.net/folder/84038 Your sim wants to apply for a job Select the category of the job (that fits best) Answer the 5 questions (remember it's a job interview so answer like you would answer in a real interview) Remember the percentage you get in the end. Click the button "Go home to wait for phone call" .... Select the percentage you had to remember. Read if your sim has the job or not. It might be that if you do the interview again, the second time the sim passes. This is because there are actually 17 different questions, but each time only 5 randomly chosen questions are showed. This way the interview does not take you away too long from the game itself and it's different each time the sim applies. New Terrain: North Carolina - USA Project

This terrain is based on the state North Carolina - USA. I can't make the terrain and neighbourhood exactly how it is as TS2 doesn't allow diagonal roads and is limited in space that can be used, but I try to make it look like the state as much as possible. You don't need anything to use this neighbourhood. But don't put it in your downloadfolder.
