New skillspan: 28 hours instead of 1 hour

Normally (default) it takes 1 hour to gain a skillpoint.
With these mod it takes 2 or 6 or 28 hours to gain a skillpoint.
Only keep one in your downloadfolder!

    Awesome mod! Love how it lets you choose skillpoint gain time, making gameplay more tailored to my style. Super cool customization feature!

    How does this work? Is it 2 in game hours or 28? Or based on age? I dont understand
