New lifespan: Requested by Cheech1

This is a new lifespan that was requested by Cheech1.






Details:
-Days for babies: 2
-Days for toddlers: 3
-Days for children: 9
-Days for teens: 7
-Days for adults: 34
-Days for elders: normal (default)
