New career: Vlogtube Celebrity

This was requested by Ceraisian Alchemist about two years ago. Back then I had to reject the request, but the rules are milder now and I changed it a bit to make it ready to share.
I hope you like it.

(It's called VlogTube Celebrity to avoid copyright issues.)

This download exists out of 7 package files (PTO+CC), 2 translationfiles (descriptions+CC) and the descriptionfile (spoiler)

PTO versions
PTO7 by default.
PTO3 version.
PTO5 version.
These versions are available for the career with and without chance cards.

Lunarah gave me the idea to include a special PTO version. With a blogging career you mostly stay at home and earn money. Sometimes you still have to go to the office, but that is less and less the case when growing through the career.


Level 1: default work 7 days to earn 1 day PTO
Level 2: default work 7 days to earn 1 day PTO
Level 3: default work 7 days to earn 1 day PTO
Level 4: work 2 days to earn 1 day PTO
Level 5: work 2 days to earn 1 day PTO
Level 6: work 1 day to earn 1 day PTO
Level 7: work 2/3 day to earn 1 days PTO
Level 8: work 2/3 day to earn 1 day PTO
Level 9: work 0.5 day to earn 1 day PTO
Level 10: work 0.25 day to earn 1 day PTO

All 6 careers have a different GUID so you can use them all together in game.

Problem with chance cards fixed (thanks to gummilutt who mentioned the issue):
There is a general problem with chance cards lvl's 7 to 10. It even occurs in Maxis' careers. For those levels the game multiplies the amount of money with 1,000. Meaning if you want a chance cards with good outcome being +1,000$, you need to indicate +1$ and it will be +1,000$ in game. Not knowing this and indicating +1,000$ gives a +1,000,000$ as a result.
