New (Residential) lot: Springfield Elementary

I just started a new game a week ago and I am building some community/residential lots to match the way I play. Like this school I just built.
I always need something to base on with a purpose in mind.
This school is based on the Springfield Elementary where Bart and Lisa Simpson go.
I want to use this school with the mods by Inge Jones on http://www.simlogical.com/sl/Sims2Pages/Sims2_School.htm so I kept it to be a residential lot.

I didn't furnish it much (except for the playground) because I want to leave it CC free (the simlogical hacks are not included) and so you can play and change the lot as you want.

There are 2 parking places in front of the school for when you arrive by car. The most right parking place cannot be used when arriving on the lot. It can be used to place the car from Free Time to tinker.

Let me know what you think of it! Do you think it looks like the school of Bart and Lisa?
