New Solved Issue: Make Anyone Store Manager

It really bugs me that only sims with bazillion badges can be a store manager. It takes forever when starting a business before the owner can stay at home (eg take care of the kids) and just has to phone the manager every day to check in.
As far as I know there is no mod to solve this, but there is a workaround.

The only mod you need is the insiminator or another mod that can adjust the level of the career the sim is in and a mod to select a sim. (I DON'T recommend the boolprop).

• Hire a sim you want to be the store manager
• Make that sim selectable
• Check its job panel
• Change the level the sim is in to level two of the 'career'
• And HOORAY the sim you hired is now promoted to store manager
• Now deselect the sim

You're done.
