New Idea: Parents away -> party time

Let the parents go on vacation or let them go out all night while the teens are at home.
When the parents return to their house, with this mod, they won't arrive immediatly, but when the time they have been away has past. So if the parents were away from 8pm till 3am and return home, it will still be 8pm for the house and so for the teens, but the parents aren't there yet.
From 8pm till 3am the teens will be home alone and can have a party!
You can see in the notifications how long the parents will be gone so you know when the teens need to have cleaned up after the party. (In this example that's 3am).
