New Essential Mods: Insiminator - Sim Manipulator - Sim Blender

These are three modded objects you can use with a numerous of options.
Most of them are the same as the boolprop cheat, but as that cheat is quite unsafe, these objects are a better option. The options are easier to find than with the boolprop cheat and there are more options to enjoy..
Every modded object has quite the same options, but there are also options only for that specific object so choose the one that fits you best. There's also no harm in it to have them all three so you certainly have all the options.
